Be part of a team in oilfield logistics. OMMA Trucking is looking for motivated SandCan Operators ready to work in the Permian Basin region. We offer a competitive daily rate, reliable schedule, and the chance to work with innovative logistics technology.
🚛 Responsibilities:
✅ Operate RT290 equipment for loading/unloading sand containers
✅ Handle Direct to Blender (DTB) systems at the well site
✅ Perform basic on-site repairs & daily inspections
✅ Maintain box/truck counts and report to dispatch
✅ Ensure PPE compliance & safe driving
✅ Communicate with dispatch, frac crews & team members
✅ Keep man camp/living areas clean
🎯 Requirements:
• Hands-on equipment experience (RT/DTB preferred)
• Physically fit & field-ready
• Strong work ethic & teamwork mindset
• Basic English communication skills
💼 What We Offer:
💰 $300/day + $35/day Per Diem
**$250 a day (60 day probation then they will move to $300)
Per Diem is not everyday only when they are not staying in a mancamp.
🗓 14 Days ON / 7 Days OFF Schedule
