I am a mature independent person looking for a stable, long-term place to call home. Im easy to get along with and I like to bring a good sense of humor to the house. I receive SSI, so my rent is guaranteed and paid on time every month. I do not drive, so i wont need a parking space; I simply use Uber when I need to go someplace.
I have my own furniture, including a brand-new tv and bed. My furniture is quite nice and I definitely want to use my own pieces. Because of this, I am looking for a room in a smoke-free house. I need a space that is a bit larger than a standard size with a good closet, so I can fit my things comfortably, and exceptional if it has a bathroom. I also have a couple stacks of boxes that would need to be stored neatly in a garage.
I have a 8 lb. dog who is my little shadow. She is very well-behaved and stays right by my side. She is a loyal companion, though she does bark at the door or when meeting new people, as I am still working with her on learning how to calm that down.
I am very thorough when it comes to keeping a home "clean and shiny". I have a real talent for organizing, a closet or cabinets, I am happy to take on the responsibility of keeping the kitchen and the main common areas of the house clean. Whether it's keeping the floors kept up, staying on top of the laundry, or bringing in mail and packages and housesitting. I am a very helpful person to have around.
