Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Level 1-3 Security Guard, based in Midland, TX. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by protecting personnel and property, monitoring and patrolling premises, and responding effectively to security incidents. Key duties include conducting security inspections, following protocols, managing access control, and providing excellent customer service while interfacing with clients and visitors.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and proficiency in Customer Service to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
Expertise in Physical Security and Private Security practices to monitor and safeguard premises and personnel effectively.
Experience in Personnel Security, including expertise in identifying security threats and effectively mitigating risks.
Possession of a current Level Security Guard license in the state of Texas, or the ability to obtain one.
Ability to remain vigilant, focused, and composed in high-pressure situations.
Strong attention to detail, observational skills, and adherence to established security protocols.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Prior experience in a similar role is highly valued but not mandatory.
