🚧 Gunloader – Midland, TX (Hiring Now!)

Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: 10–12 hr shifts starting 7:00 AM (overtime + weekends required)

What You’ll Do

Assemble and move small oilfield components (under 30" / up to 25 lbs) through multiple stages

Handle parts like detonating cords, shaped charges, detonator assemblies, carriers, O-rings & fittings

Use cordless drills to clean/buff/polish; clean carriers with wire brushes/air nozzles

Follow strict safety protocols and complete production documentation

Work Environment

Warehouse/production (no climate control)

Frequent standing, bending, lifting

Steel-toe shoes required

What We’re Looking For

Safety-first mindset; strong attention to detail

Comfortable in a fast-paced, physical role

Team player; prior manufacturing/assembly/oilfield experience preferred

U.S. citizen or permanent resident required

Must be able to read and speak English
