compensation: 30% of Linehaul (Best in the industry)

30% of Linehaul.
Low week truck grosses 6k. High Week truck grosses 12k. So do the math and see if you can live with the low week. I am not going to lie like many in this industry do to bait drivers; that is why I am telling you both the low and high. This is a 1099 position which is why I pay you a lot more. The driver will be hauling sand but will deliver via bottom drop.

I am going on vacation for 3-4 weeks and I want the truck to stay running. Looking for someone who is not afraid to work and may need a gig in between jobs or for whatever reason can use the extra money.

The ideal candidate will:

1. Will have some sand experience.
2. Have been driving for at least 2 years.
3. Good MVR and PSP
4. Want to make as much money as possible. (Carrier is not too strict on logbooks)
5. Be willing to be out for the whole 3-4 weeks.
6. Take care of my truck like if it were his own.

One week of pay is held back. Sorry, that's the way the customer does it.
The driver will be running out of Carlsbad, NM and doing short hauls. Orientation is 2 days or less and candidate will be ready for orientation on August 2nd.

Truck is in great condition. Lots of room inside. No worries with the aftertreatment.

I tried to give the most relevant information. But if you have any more questions, shoot me an email. I will be making a decision soon.
