We are hiring experienced flooring installers for the Odessa and Midland area. We handle all flooring surfaces, with a strong need for carpet installers 🧵

📍 Hobbs, NM
(Some travel required)
We work with a major big‑box store 🏬 and offer consistent, year‑round work—no slow seasons.
✅ Requirements:
🚛 Truck or van capable of carrying a 12‑ft roll of carpet
🧰 All tools required to install per manufacturer specs
📅 3–5 years of flooring installation experience (carpet needed)
✅ Ability to pass a criminal background check
👷 Helpers must also pass a background check
