Optimum Construction & Homes is looking to add a couple of dependable, hardworking people to our growing team.
We're a small but growing company involved in residential and commercial construction, rental properties, equipment, and vehicle maintenance. Every day is different, so if you enjoy variety and learning new skills, this may be a good fit.
Starting Pay is based on experience.
Pay depends on experience, Entry level starts at $15/hour, with opportunities for raises, bonuses, and advancement as you prove your work ethic, reliability, and skills.
This is not an oilfield position, but it is an opportunity to build valuable experience and grow with a company.
Typical Duties
Property maintenance
Vehicle Maintenence
Residential and commercial construction
Fencing and gate installation
Concrete work
Sheetrock and repairs
Painting
Mechanical work
Equipment operation (Skid Steer and Backhoe experience is a plus)
General labor and cleanup
Rental property renovations
Company vehicle and equipment maintenance
We're Looking For Someone Who

Is willing to learn
Takes pride in quality work
Can work well independently and with others
Experience in construction, mechanics, welding, plumbing, electrical, fencing, remodeling, equipment operation, or similar trades is a plus, but attitude and reliability are just as important.
