Looking for an all around maint guy or gal. We have 2 container properties, Big Spring and Snyder. They are new properties, and in all honesty it’s not a 40 hour per week job. But you would be paid a weekly salary. We get the occasional work order, or sometimes there might be a few different work orders like a clogged sink or a door that won’t close/ lock. And if someone moves out, a cleaning and paint touch up.
Some weeks may be 10 hours, some may be 40. But really most likely 20-30 hours if that.

Really we just need someone with good time management, dependable, and capable.

And extra bonus points, and of course compensation if you’re familiar with mini split AC systems.

Salary starting at $750 per week, up to $950 with mini split AC experience.

This is a serious post, and we are looking to hire ASAP ……
