We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) General Manager who knows how to take a restaurant/bar operation, tighten it up, and turn it into a high-performing, customer-packed business.

What You’ll Own
• Full P&L Responsibility: Drive revenue, control costs, and maximize profitability
• Turnaround & Growth: Identify gaps, implement systems, and rebuild momentum
• Guest Experience: Create an environment that keeps people coming back
• Operations Leadership: Oversee front of house, bar, and kitchen with confidence
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and lead a strong, accountable team
• Menu & Concept Execution: Keep offerings relevant, profitable, and on-trend
• Systems & Controls: Manage POS, inventory, scheduling, and reporting
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
What You Bring
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operator in a restaurant/bar setting
• Track record of rebuilding or significantly improving business performance
• Strong knowledge of:
o Bar operations & liquor cost control
o Kitchen operations & food cost management
o Menu engineering
o POS systems & reporting
o Inventory & labor management
o Food safety regulations
o Current hospitality trends
• Hands-on leadership style—you lead from the floor, not the office
